We held the 3-rd annual meeting last May in 1996. We are wondering whether we shuld held the 4-th meeting this year. Please send your comment.
At present , we have settled CIPUS -Forum mail server. Please send your information to cipus@es.titech.ac.jp then your message will be automatically transferred to all the CIPUS members.

We would like to exchange an idea between CIPUS member through this mail. All the ideas are stored in the main file in order to give a credit.
